• Only the Coach Is Featured: Live community sessions are recorded with active speaker view focused exclusively on Coach Mark Hodges. The coach is primarily and intentionally the sole person shown.
• Participant Faces & Voices Are Protected: Any community excerpts edited for social media, promotional previews, or website distribution focus on the coach’s monologue and teachings.
• No Unauthorized Online Posting: We will never post video, audio, or still imagery showing you or identifying you on social media, YouTube, or public advertising channels without your explicit, advance consent.
• You Control Your Presence: During any live call, you are always welcome to turn off your camera, mute your microphone, or adjust your screen display name if you prefer complete privacy.

3. Private Coaching Community (Not a Study or Experiment)

Happy Joy Bliss is a dedicated, private personal-growth membership community designed to uplift your daily mindset.

• No Covert Psychological Studies: This platform is purely a motivational and habit-building coaching program. It is never a scientific experiment, academic study, psychological trial, or covert behavioral observation project.
• No Clinical Research: You are not being analyzed, evaluated, or categorized for clinical or academic whitepapers. Our sole purpose is delivering daily 10-minute experiences that promote gratitude, smiling, deep breathing, and peace.

4. Membership Terms & Subscription Guidelines

By purchasing access to the Happy Video ($8/week), you agree to the following terms:

• Billed Weekly: The Happy Video membership is billed automatically at $8 per week until canceled.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through your customer portal prior to your next renewal date.
• Personal Use: Access to daily video content and community links is strictly for individual personal development and may not be redistributed, rebroadcast, or resold.
